Use of Worknestio
Worknestio is intended for lawful service business operations, including customer management, projects, tasks, quotes, invoices, files, reporting, and team coordination.
Account responsibility
Users are responsible for keeping login credentials secure, inviting appropriate teammates, assigning accurate roles, and maintaining the accuracy of workspace data.
Current limitations
Features may change, availability may vary, and support is provided on a best-effort basis as Worknestio continues to improve.
Acceptable use
Users may not use Worknestio for unlawful activity, abuse, spam, credential sharing, attempts to bypass access controls, or uploading content they do not have the right to store.
Subscriptions and payments
If paid plans or online payments are enabled, billing and payment processing may be handled by Stripe. Plan access, pricing, and payment terms should be confirmed before commercial rollout.
Data ownership
Workspace owners retain ownership of the business data they enter. Worknestio processes that data to provide the service, support users, secure the product, and operate the workspace.
Service availability
Worknestio is provided as a cloud service and may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, provider outages, or product improvements.
Limitation of liability
Worknestio should be reviewed and tested by each business before relying on it for critical operations. Liability terms should receive final legal review before paid commercial launch.
