A plain-language overview of how Worknestio handles account, workspace, analytics, payment, and support data.
Account data
We collect account details such as name, email, password hash, workspace membership, role, and organization settings so users can sign in and manage their workspace.
Business and customer data
Workspaces may store customers, projects, tasks, quotes, invoices, files, notes, calendar events, inventory, employees, and reports that users choose to enter.
Analytics data
Worknestio uses privacy-minded product analytics to understand pageviews, signups, demo usage, and safe product events. We do not intentionally send customer names, customer emails, phone numbers, invoice line items, file names, or private notes to analytics.
Payment data
When payments are enabled, Stripe processes checkout and payment information. Worknestio stores payment status and reconciliation references, not full card details.
How data is used
Data is used to provide the product, protect accounts, operate support, improve reliability, understand feature usage, and maintain billing and security records.
Security basics
Worknestio uses server-side database access, protected private routes, organization scoping, role checks, safer upload handling, and audit records for important actions.
Deletion and privacy requests
Workspace owners can request deletion or export support by contacting privacy@worknestio.com. Some records may be retained when needed for security, legal, or billing obligations.
